Congratulations on your engagement and thank you so much for considering my studio for your special day! Wedding photography is a unique mix of art, skill, passion and experience. When those elements come together, great photographs will be the result. I have been shooting weddings since 2011 and have worked with several hundred couples from New York City to Santa Barbara- and everywhere in between.
My studio was published in the New York Times in 2023, we have won Best of TheKnot.com for both our wedding and boudoir photography for the last 10 years in a row, won a WeddingWire Couples Choice Award in 2016, Best of Mentor for creative services, and Best Wedding Photography in Northeast Ohio on the Fox 8 in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
As an established studio I have built a foundation of high expectations and the belief that excellent customer service, in addition to strong client relationships, are essential for an unforgettable experience. My approach to wedding photography can be described as vibrant, modern art meets perfectly timed candid moments. I love to let moments unfold naturally and capture them as they are, in their most authentic form. The best way to produce these results is simply by paying attention to my surroundings and moving with the beat of the event. I am always happy to offer photographic insight such as the best locations for lighting, timeline assistance on how to get the most out of your coverage, and style certain scenes such as the wedding details e.g. dress, bouquet, shoes, invitations, wedding rings. My specialty aside from posing is navigating areas with unique lighting to bring the environment to life and highlight my couples in their best light. Even during the formal photos, I aim to make sessions fun and relaxed to produce photos that look natural and not overly posed. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with so many clients who share our vision and photographic voice.

Weddings are an immense production, and because they happen only once, we take great care in the way we handle photographing the event.
For all of my wedding collections, I stalk your venues well in advance to ensure we won't run into construction, other events, or any other potential issues on your big day. If you have a professional wedding planner or other creative team members, I will collaborate with them and help with timeline planning and review, questionnaire review, and family shot planning. Photographs are immediately backed up in real-time via dual memory card slots in the cameras we use and further backed up via external hard drives and online cloud backup after the event. We are also a fully licensed and insured business and can provide proof of Business General Liability Insurance for venues that require it.

|| Post Production ||
Your photographs are as important to us as they are to you, and as such, our post production includes immediate transferring of files, a secondary external backup of files, as well as a third online backup of files to cloud storage.
Our post production also includes narrowing down to the "best of" images showcased in your gallery, exposure corrections, color corrections, and color grading on the entire collection. High end skin retouching is included on select close-up photos. Black and white processing is included on select highlights. Turnaround for engagement sessions is roughly 2-3 weeks while turnaround for wedding collections is roughly 6-8 weeks (sooner when we are able to). Having this time allows us to provide un-rushed post-processing and editing to give you seamless, archival quality results.

|| The Booking Process ||
I love to sit down and meet with couples in person prior to booking so we can get to know each other and make sure that we are a good fit during such a special time in your lives. If it's a match, a signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your wedding date, both of which can be completed easily in our online client booking portal. Contracts will require an initial in several spots and an electronic signature at the end. The system notifies me when it has been completed and also sends you a printable digital copy for your records.
Invoices can be paid via credit card or electronic check through the portal. While I do offer options for structured payment plans, you also have the flexibility to make payments towards your package at any time instead of having to wait until a certain date to pay in full.
Closer to your wedding, a pre-wedding questionnaire gets sent out for you to fill before we meet again 30 days out from your wedding. The questionnaire will outline your preferences for locations, times, who you would like featured in formal shots, and anything we can do to help structure a timeline so you are getting the most out of your coverage.
Please keep in mind that most couples book their photographers around 9-12 months in advance but we regularly have bookings as far as 16-24 months out on our calendar. As a vendor who only services one wedding per day, we book up very quickly and cannot guarantee availability without a contract and retainer. Please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure we can get your coverage set up in a way that works best for you!

Every wedding, large or small, near or far, receives the exact same epic service and rockstar experience that you'll read about in our reviews in places such as TheKnot.com, WeddingWire.com, Facebook, and Google. The investment in your photography can vary depending on location, hours of coverage, amount of photographers, and printed products/package inclusions. Elopements and micro-weddings start at $1499 and up (only available for Friday and Sunday packages) while full length packages start at $2999 and up. While we do offer set package options, more often than not we tailor your inclusions to ensure you are receiving exactly what you want for your big day in a way that works for you.
